Antfarm DAO
Design clear, trustworthy experiences for complex Web3 products, from discovery and UX through design systems and implementation.
Most of what we build is genuinely hard to understand: governance mechanics, treasury math, on-chain reputation. Your job is to make it feel obvious. You'd own design end to end, from discovery and information architecture to the flows people use to connect a wallet or read a proposal, and the design system that keeps all of it consistent. Empty states, errors, onboarding, and the small trust signals that tell someone this is the real Antfarm and not a phishing clone matter here as much as the happy path. Strong Figma and systems thinking are table stakes; comfort with React or Tailwind constraints means less gets lost in translation with engineers.
Antfarm builds verifiable Web3 infrastructure for digital assets and the developers who work on them. Antfarm Finance automates portfolio and liquidity management on-chain, and this site is the public governance and transparency layer around the wider ecosystem.
The stack leans on Next.js, React, and TypeScript up front, Node.js services with MongoDB and PostgreSQL behind them, Solidity with Foundry and Hardhat on-chain, and Rust for the indexers that keep everything fed.
We are small, remote, and early. Decisions get written down, engineers and designers own features end to end instead of passing them over a wall, and we hire on what you can actually build rather than where you have worked.
