Antfarm DAO

Full-Stack Developer

Ship end-to-end features across the web frontend, API services, and data layer for our Web3 products.

Open
Stack: Full-Stack
Department: Engineering
Workplace: Remote
Team: Product Engineering

About the role

This role is for someone happiest moving up and down the stack in a single afternoon: schema in the morning, React by lunch, a flaky background job by end of day. You'd ship features whole, from the data model and API to the Next.js interface on top and the on-chain and off-chain plumbing that connects them. We value people who make pragmatic architecture calls and can trace a bug across a process boundary without flinching. It's TypeScript throughout, with Node.js services and MongoDB behind the frontend. Wallet and transaction flows come up often enough that comfort with viem or wagmi helps, though it's learnable on the job if the fundamentals are there.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack features across Next.js, API services, and data storage
  • Design REST or RPC endpoints, background jobs, and asynchronous processing
  • Implement responsive, accessible React interfaces and connect them to backend services
  • Integrate wallet, transaction, and onchain data flows across the frontend and backend
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in code review
  • Diagnose issues that span process, network, and UI boundaries end to end

Required skills

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
  • Strong TypeScript, Next.js/React, and Node.js service development skills
  • Experience designing APIs, data models, and asynchronous job workflows
  • Comfort debugging problems that span frontend, backend, and infrastructure
  • Clear written communication and sound architectural judgment

Preferred skills

  • Experience with viem, wagmi, or EVM wallet and transaction integration
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, message queues, or ZeroMQ
  • Experience on early-stage or developer-focused product teams

About Antfarm

Antfarm builds verifiable Web3 infrastructure for digital assets and the developers who work on them. Antfarm Finance automates portfolio and liquidity management on-chain, and this site is the public governance and transparency layer around the wider ecosystem.

The stack leans on Next.js, React, and TypeScript up front, Node.js services with MongoDB and PostgreSQL behind them, Solidity with Foundry and Hardhat on-chain, and Rust for the indexers that keep everything fed.

We are small, remote, and early. Decisions get written down, engineers and designers own features end to end instead of passing them over a wall, and we hire on what you can actually build rather than where you have worked.
